Mia Wright Testimonial

Mia Wright, NBWA, NBA All Star Weekend“I’m a firm believer in divine timing. Debra Russell was introduced to me through a colleague with the intention for her to possibly speak at one of the workshops I produce for the National Basketball Wives Association. When I connected with Debra, and began to understand why having a business coach is essential to elevate one’s game in any profession or field, my gut told me to execute and try something new.

I call myself a professional multi-tasker, as a mother of two active boys, wife to a professional athlete and President of not one, but TWO non-profit organizations… I’ve never had an issue meeting deadlines and checking off boxes. I had however become robotic, casting my creative passions aside, becoming very linear and predictable in my daily routine.

While working with Debra the past 7 months, not only have I learned how to create REALISTIC goals for myself, I’ve applied the tools Debra teaches that first assess if the goal is something I truly have the passion, desire and time to attack.

I’ve learned the value of research and time management in all projects. Debra has help to expand my capacity to be an effective leader with ingenuity, intention and masterful planning skills. Each private coaching session holds me accountable to produce the action items needed to facilitate my goals.

It feels good to invest time in developing and stretching myself beyond what I thought I could be capable of accomplishing. I highly recommend Debra Russell’s coaching services and array of curated amenities offered through her programs.”
